Rick founded Davalyn Corporation in 1989 and has served clients on a range of leadership issues, including high-level executive searches. Last year Davalyn Corporation celebrated 20 years in the executive search industry.
Rick has twenty years experience working in major corporations at the executive level and twenty years in the staffing industry, over 40 years of executive experience makes Rick uniquely qualified to assist his clients in talent acquisition.
