Erika Moccia joins Davalyn Corporation with previous experience in corporate recruiting for the Real Estate Industry. Before her recruiting career began, she attended Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA where she graduated with her BS in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business Administration.

After graduating Erika moved back to New Jersey to be closer to friends and family. She has always enjoyed recruiting because she speaks with new someone new everyday and has the ability to match candidates with ideal clients.

In her free time she enjoys traveling and entertaining.
