Rick founded Davalyn Corporation in 1989 and has served clients on a range of leadership issues, including high-level executive searches. Last year Davalyn Corporation celebrated 22 years in the executive search industry.
Rick has years of corporate experience working in major corporations at the executive level and over twenty years in the staffing industry. Rick is uniquely qualified to assist his clients in talent acquisition.
